Capitol Hill DC Happy Hours | DC Cocktails | Wine Bar


ArtBar is an epicurean driven gathering place for Capitol Hill personalities and neighborhood denizens featuring a small bites menu of modern, regional cuisine with southern accents from Executive Chef Travis Timberlake. We offer seasonal cocktails made with unique liquors and fresh ingredients straight from the kitchen; seasonal, regional beers on tap and an international selection of bottled beers; as well as an accessible list of esosteric wines and grape varietals from small batch winemakers. More extensive offerings from the Art and Soul kitchen are also available.
