ArtBar is an epicurean driven gathering place for Capitol Hill personalities and neighborhood denizens featuring a small bites menu of modern, regional cuisine with southern accents from Chef/Owner Art Smith. We offer seasonal cocktails made with unique liquors and fresh ingredients straight from the kitchen; seasonal, regional beers on tap, and an international selection of bottled beers. Our wine list put Art and Soul on Wine Enthusiast's "America's 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2011" and features small batch production wines by passionate winemakers and growers who believe in the future of their land.
