Art and Soul's chic lounge, ArtBar, features light fare from Chef Art Smith, specialty cocktails and a large collection of wines from the restaurants wine list, as well as D.C. happy hours in the heart of Capitol Hill.

The comfortable but modern atmosphere centered around an illuminated pillar and a circular teal faux ostrich-skin bench accented by champagne patent leather club chairs, conversation-inspiring settees and a large curved mid-century style sectional.
