BBQ Feast Thursdays
To celebrate Chef/Owner Art Smith’s weekly appearance on TLC’s BBQ Pitmasters, we’re bringing back our popular Barbecue Feast on the patio every Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Thursday, August 12th. through the show finale on September 23rd, weather permitting. Please call ahead of time at 202.393.7777 if the weather is questionable.
For $25 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity), Executive Chef Travis Timberlake offers a Southern-inspired barbecue experience including Sous Chef John Taub’s award winning Baby Back Ribs. Each week, Taub will be finishing off the ribs, which were recognized with the Golden Pig award at Safeway’s National Capitol Barbecue Battle earlier, on the patio’s new “BBQ Bull Matador” grill station.
To compliment the smokiness and heat from the barbecue, Mixologist Ronald Flores has created the Smoke and Figs cocktail with bourbon, Velvet Falernum, fig puree and vanilla simple syrup available for $10.
