Join us Friday, July 29, as Chef Hamilton Johnson of the forthcoming restaurant, Honeysuckle, hosts a pop-up dinner on our patio, cooking alongside Art and Soul Executive Chef Douglas Alexander.

Earlier this year, Johnson participated in the Food and Fun Festival held in Reykjavik, Iceland, so we're toasting to the Icelandic Summer theme.

1st course

Cured Icelandic char - smoked potato, roe, creamed oyster, rye meringue, dill

2nd course

Potato crusted cod - foie gras & cauliflower fondue, pickled yellow beet, crisp kale, malted nage

3rd course

Lamb roasted in seaweed butter - crisp lamb sweetbreads, pickled fennel, melted cabbage, molasses - brown butter jus

4th course

Butterscotch panna cotta - whipped parsnip, vanilla meringue, salted caramel, sorrel, oat beer tuile
