Chef Douglas Alexander and team focus on using locally sourced ingredients that are used during peak harvest times. The beverage program's goal is to match that focus by finding craft productions that are made by passionate brewers, distillers, and winemakers who believe in the future of their land.
The beer selection starts with locally sourced beers on tap complemented by a more world encompassing selection in the bottle.
The spirit and cocktail program is driven by the philosophy that the bar is an extension of the kitchen and thus is inspired by the seasons, our community, and local ingredients. The wine list is built to complement our cuisine and to give our guest new, exciting, and affordable choices.
