Right Proper Beer Pairing Dinner
Join us Friday, September 9th as our Chef Douglas Alexander and Chef Paul Mitchell of the Rosemont Supper Club present a dinner with Right Proper Brewing Company.
At the dinner, you'll enjoy six different pairings including White Bicycles (Rustic Witbier) with Pipedreams Farms Chèvre Éclair, Lubitsch Touch (Pale Smoked Beer) with Confit Pork Belly & Crackling, and Baron Corvo (Rustic Bière de Garde) with Spiced Lamb Crépinette. Chef Paul and his partner, Alida Saxon, live in rural Hunterdon County, New Jersey where they run a small, invite only, monthly supper club, with plans to open a full time operation. Before starting the supper club, they worked at several restaurants in Portland, OR, including one which Paul and Chef Douglas opened together in 2005.
